He said the Ghanaian government believed that a forward-looking inquiry would expose lapses to engender reforms to improve the organization of the country's participation in future football tournaments.
"We believe that all stakeholders will cooperate with the Committee," he told the House, adding that the President of the Ghana FA had already welcomed the inquiry.
Ayariga said his ministry had no doubt that FIFA would have no objection to participating nations reviewing and inquiring into their poor performance with a view to carrying out reforms that would improve their national teams.
"Stronger teams will ensure more exciting FIFA tournaments," said Ayariga.
The setting up of the committee became necessary after Ghana's first round exit in the ongoing 2014 World Cup.

SOFIA, Oct. 25 (Xinhua) -- Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on Wednesday invited his visiting South Korean counterpart Lee Nak-yon to invest in information technology (IT) and car manufacturing sectors.
The two countries had the potential to cooperate in areas such as agriculture, energy and shipbuilding, but he wanted priority to be given to IT and production of electric cars Men's Nike Air Vapormax CS Triple Black UK Sale , Borissov said.
He highlighted good industrial conditions in Bulgaria such as stability, low taxes and a skilled workforce.

South Korean Prime Minister Lee expressed her gratitude for Bulgaria's position on the Korean Peninsula's nuclear issue.
